Chef Cesar De León Torres brings 18 years of global culinary expertise to his role as Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City. With over 11 years at Ritz-Carlton properties worldwide, he is known for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Chef Cesar's career began as a Line Cook in Uruguay, later working as Sous Chef at Bistro Argentino in Buenos Aires. He held key positions at Michelin-starred Messina Restaurante in Spain and with Novecento Group in Miami. His Ritz-Carlton journey includes leadership roles in Florida, Bahrain, Doha, and Washington, D.C., before joining the Pentagon City team to oversee the hotel's culinary offerings with a focus on seasonal ingredients.
