Chef Cesar De León Torres brings 18 years of global culinary expertise to his role as Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City. With over 11 years at Ritz-Carlton properties worldwide, he is known for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Chef Cesar's career began as a Line Cook in Uruguay, later working as Sous Chef at Bistro Argentino in Buenos Aires. He held key positions at Michelin-starred Messina Restaurante in Spain and with Novecento Group in Miami. His Ritz-Carlton journey includes leadership roles in Florida, Bahrain, Doha, and Washington, D.C., before joining the Pentagon City team to oversee the hotel's culinary offerings with a focus on seasonal ingredients.

Previously, he served as Chef de Cuisine at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Oconee in Georgia, showcasing his leadership and culinary creativity. His distinguished career with Marriott International includes roles as Specialty Restaurant Chef at Marriott Newark, Sous Chef at Marriott Marquis in NYC, and Senior Sous Chef at JW Marriott, Washington, D.C., where he refined his skills and elevated culinary offerings.
